#5. Is everyone following the plan?
This is the easiest answer of the day. Absolutely not. It seems like only a handful of people are actually doing as Rick and the leaders planned in order to take down Negan and The Saviors, and this means it could all be a huge mess.

Daryl went rogue already, trying to take explosives to blow a hole in The Sanctuary for walkers to get in. After that plan blew up in his face, he teamed up with Tara to take down Dwight and maybe even do more damage.
Michonne wanted to take a look at The Sanctuary but ended up having Rosita going along with her. The two took out the ‘Fat Lady’ and met up with Tara and Daryl, and now all 4 appear to be heading to Negan’s home.
Even Rick’s own son Carl went against his wishes. Carl returned to find the hungry stranger and give him some food and water. After speaking with the man who said his name is Siddiq, Carl made the decision to bring him back to Alexandria and learn more about his plan to free the souls of walkers by taking them out.
