There’s another addition to the cast of Fear the Walking Dead with Notorious alum Kevin Zegers, proving that season 4 will have a very different look.

Reinvention seems to be the name of the game for Fear the Walking Dead. As work begins on season 4, new faces seem to be arriving daily. The newest arrival is Kevin Zegers, formerly of Notorious, Gracepoint and The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones. Zegers will be joining the cast as a series regular but no word has been released about who he will play or what his role will be.

Zegers is the latest actor to be added to AMC’s companion series. (Or prequel or spinoff, depending on who you talk to these days) Since the season 3 finale several new cast members have been added including Jenna Elfman, Garret Dillahunt and Maggie Grace. Lennie James is making the jump from The Walking Dead to Fear the Walking Dead, too.

These new cast members join the returning cast members who managed to survive the drama at the dam in the finale. They will also join new showrunners Andrew Chambliss and Ian Goldberg from Once Upon a Time, who take over for departing showrunner Dave Erickson. The Walking Dead’s executive producer Scott M. Gimple is also joining the cast, leading many to believe that Fear the Walking Dead season 4 will be more like a total reboot than a continuation of the story.
