Jeffrey Dean Morgan will be the lead guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live! tonight on ABC to promote new film Rampage.
Negan from The Walking Dead, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, will appear on Jimmy Kimmel Live! to promote new film Rampage. You can catch interview from the comfort of your laptop at ABC.com’s live stream or watch the television broadcast at 11:35 p.m. ET / 10:35 p.m. Central. Rampage, which also stars The Rock, Dwayne Johnson, is an adaptation of the classic Midway arcade quarter cruncher of the 80’s and 90’s.
Many of you might recall playing Rampage: World Tour and its sequel Rampage 2: Universal Tour on the Nintendo 64, Sony PlayStation, Sega Saturn (first title), and Gameboy Color consoles at home. The series was based around choosing one of three gigantic monsters George (King Kong-like), Lizzie (Godzilla-like), and Ralph (Werewolf) and wrecking absolute havoc. It’s one of the few game titles out there that truly gave you the feel of being in complete control and indulge in unbridled villainy during that time period.
Jeffrey Dean Morgan plays a character created for the Rampage film adaption named Agent Russell. Along with The Rock and JDM, the film stars Will Yun Lee (Falling Water), Joe Manganiello (True Blood), Breanne Hill (San Andreas), Malin Akerman (Watchmen), Naomie Harris (Moonlight), and many more.
Last time JDM was on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, he reminisced about the time he accidentally revealed his baby’s gender during a convention. He also mentioned getting a tattoo on his left hand with Norman Reedus’ in San Francisco. JDM thought Negan wore his glove on his left hand but it was actually his right! As a result, JDM now gets tattoo coverage before each Walking Dead episode.
Surely, JDM will have even more fun stories this time around! Rampage officially releases in theaters on April 13, 2018. That’s less than two weeks for the classic, iconic videogame franchise to see its debut on the big screen.

Midway Games may no longer exist as a company post-2009 but its legacy and characters will live on eternally. Rampage as a franchise, last saw a video game release with Rampage: Total Destruction for the Nintendo Wii in Nov. 2006.
