Predictions for The Walking Dead issue 179: New World Order Part 5 of 6

Issue 179 of The Walking Dead comics is set to come out on Wednesday, May 2, 2018. What should fans expect when ‘New World Order Part 5 of 6’ is released?

With the way that the April 2018 issue of The Walking Dead comics ended, there has to be a lot of concern and intrigue as to what is next for the survivors and how The Commonwealth will fit into the story going forward.

Issue 179 titled ‘New World Order Part 5 of 6’ will be released on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 and likely pick up right where last month left off, with the fallout from Sebastian single-handedly ruining all relations between the two groups.

But the question has to be raised as to what will happen during the May issue of the popular comic book series from Image Comics and Skybound. Let’s take a look at 5 predictions from issue 179!

1. Stephanie drops a bomb. There has to be a reason why Stephanie is seemingly always afraid around Sebastian and seems to be living in fear. Now that she finally gets a chance to be alone with the people from Alexandria, we can learn what that detail is.
2. Sebastian is NOT punished. Let’s be honest, Sebastian sucks. He’s a real piece of work who uses who mother’s position within The Commonwealth to get into the pants of ladies in the community and boss people around. He will continue to be a thorn in the side of everyone.
3. Phoning ahead. Pamela Milton will hop on the radio and give a call to Rick Grimes in Alexandria. She’s let him know that they want to meet him and the rest of the people from the community to see how things work and who they really are.
4. Siddiq understands. After overhearing Mercer talk about how awful Sebastian is, he finally understands why they daydream about bad things happening to him. They bond a little over this, setting the stage for a possible friendship.
5. Michonne stays behind. The group leaves to go back to Alexandria…but not everyone. MIchonne sticks back with her daughter Elodie after not seeing her for so long and not wanting to be separated again. While the rest of the group doesn’t like it, they understand.
