AMC and The Walking Dead keep the fun going all week long at San Diego Comic-Con with offsite events and exciting booth activations.

The Walking Dead’s footprint at San Diego Comic-Con 2018 continues to expand. In addition to the panels that AMC announced on Thursday, there will also be several booth activations and the return of a beloved offsite experience sure to delight fans of The Walking Dead and Fear the Walking Dead.

AMC’s “Dead Quarters” offsite event makes a return to SDCC this year. Located across the street from the San Diego Convention Center, this outdoor celebration of all things The Walking Dead is a must at SDCC, and the best part is that it’s open to everyone. You don’t need a badge for SDCC to check it out. This year’s Dead Quarters features a zombie slide and a walkthrough at the Sanctuary. There will also be photo ops with the garbage composter Jadis used to shred her former Heapster friends and Negan’s flaming Lucille.

There will also be an activation inside the Convention Center revolving around The Walking Dead: Our World augmented reality game. Booth #4237 will be the place to go to demo the new game, which debuts July 12, and fans who check it out at SDCC will have a chance to win rare and epic characters for playing through a custom San Diego Comic-Con experience inside the game.

The cast of both shows will be on hand for signings, but those details have not been released as of this writing. Some fans in attendance were already able to secure a spot in the signing line thanks to some of the new offerings from The Walking Dead Fan Rewards.
