Michonne Seems To Be Struggling

Michonne isn’t acting like herself. Is Michonne becoming too unhinged?

Sonya says:

"I wouldn’t say unhinged. I think that something extremely bad happened that made Michonne solely focus on protecting Judith and RJ and the people in Alexandria. She wants to do what Rick would have done and she wants to keep their kids safe and that is her highest priority now. I think whatever happened must have scared her pretty badly though."

Sara says:

"I think that Michonne is definitely rattled by something that happened during the time jump. I think it has to do with the identical scars that both she & Daryl have. I’m sure she is triggered by those events and would explain why she felt like she couldn’t trust Magna’s group at first."

Jeffrey says:

"I feel that Michonne is slipping down a dark road that isn’t good for her mental state. While we obviously don’t know what happened during the time jump, and she has every right to not 100% trust newcomers, she does seem to be a little too harsh. I am worried for her, especially considering Carl and Rick were her anchors and now they are both gone. That being said, this is Michonne we are talking about and she has found her way back from this dark place before."

Sarabeth says:

"Yes. Something is very wrong with the way Michonne is acting, and this is evidenced by the way everyone else acts around her. She’s in charge, but they’re keeping things from her. Something happened to her. And it was big."
