Siddiq resets Eugene’s knee. He heads to grab a bandage and Eugene says he had been scared she wouldn’t make it. It could have been her out there, and being so close to death makes him want to tell her how she feels. She runs outside and pukes. Siddiq finds her and says he’ll run some tests, but she says that she’s pregnant, with Siddiq’s child, from the time they were “having fun” before Gabriel. Eugene hears the whole thing.

Henry and Daryl take a break from digging the grave. Henry asks if drinking always makes you feel bad. Henry apologizes and says he wants to find his place at Hilltop. Who is he here?

Negan makes it back to the Sanctuary. It’s abandoned. “Home sweet home,” he says. He walks inside and whistles, but there’s no response. Inside it’s a mess, with furniture and trash all over. He looks away. Later he busts a hole in a wall and finds a motorcycle hidden there. When he hears a noise he goes to investigate and finds Big Ritchie, loyal to the end. He’s a walker.

Aaron gives Michonne some supplies. He tells her that she was right. He didn’t want to see it, but Alexandria has everything. Hilltop has everything. They need to take care of what they have, and each other. She apologizes too. Daryl comes down from the rafters of the barn with Dog. Michonne is concerned about Luke and Alden. She asks what he’s going to do with the girl, ad he doesn’t know why it’s up to him. They need him. Tara is smart but she can’t do it alone. This is about doing whatever it takes to not lose more people.

Negan looks at the soil and shakes his head. He sits at the table where he used to have meetings. He puts together a living space for himself, with four little walls and a couch. Then he notices that Big Ritchie is gone. He goes to look and sees that there are more walkers outside, so he goes out and gets upset with Big Ritchie for bringing his friends. Negan kills the walkers one by one, taking out the frustration he feels. He doesn’t kill Ritchie, though, rather he leads him back to the door. The sound of him at the door is oddly comforting. Negan looks at the compass, with JG on the back, and he smiles. Soon he lets Ritchie in and kills him, telling him it’s not working out.
