5 predictions for The Walking Dead comic issue 192: Aftermath

The thought of what is coming in issue 192 of The Walking Dead comics has to have readers very nervous. Here are five predictions for what will happen.

It’s no secret anymore that Rick Grimes is in trouble. After being shot in the chest by Sebastian in issue 191 of The Walking Dead comic book series, it is uncertain as to whether or not the important character will survive the wound.

Things don’t look good with how much blood it appears as though Rick has lost and how nobody other than Sebastian is around to deal with the situation immediately…but fans do have to stay optimistic about the future of the patriarch of the Grimes family.

But there are more things happening at the Commonwealth that need to be addressed as well, even though none are as pressing as what is going on with Rick Grimes. However, we need to move forward with the five predictions for “Aftermath” by explaining what I think will happen in issue 192 of The Walking Dead comics.

Keep in mind that these are not spoilers, only predictions. Plus, with no previews to go off, this is the hardest issue to predict yet.

1. Sebastian immediately regrets his actions. As stated at the end of issue 191, Sebastian pulling the trigger was an accident. His anger will turn to concern and shame as he tends to Rick and yells for help. Thankfully, those shouts will be heard and help will arrive on the scene.
2. Mercer knocks Sebastian out. The first to arrive on the scene should be Mercer, and his tolerance for Sebastian has to be at an all-time low. The panicking and annoying kids will get on his last nerve while he attempts to help Rick that he needs to shut up the Governor’s son…and knocking him out cold is a great option.
3. Rick is rushed to their hospital. Thankfully, Rick is in a highly-advanced place where they likely have a great medical care system in place. Sadly, he will have lost a lot of blood and be looking really bad by the time he arrives at their hospital. But he will be alive when he gets there, which is a good thing.
4. Cliffhanger: Rick is in limbo. Readers expecting to find out whether Rick lives or dies will need to wait a little longer. The entire issue will fly by with a lot of concern for Rick being the focus. He will be unconscious but alive in a hospital with Michonne holding his hand. But issue 192 won’t end there.
5. Double cliffhanger: Carl goes ballistic. For all the good feelings Carl had with his dad in issue 191, he will be the exact opposite this month. He will immediately want revenge on Sebastian as well as Governor Milton for what has happened and the issue ends with Carl pointing a gun directly at Pamela at the hospital.
