Fear the Walking Dead 506 recap: The Little Prince

John and Dwight are siphoning gas. Dwight thinks they have been wasting time, but John says an extra set of eyes always helps. He adds that when he was looking for June he almost gave up hope until he met the people he is with now. He’s not one to pry, but Dwight tells him that they got split up before they split up. It’s complicated, he adds. That’s why he has her ring. Dorie shows him the Scrabble letters that June used and says they never leave his pocket.

Dwight thinks it’s nice that things haven’t ruined how Dorie is, but he says that the world was worse to him before this all happened and he has more now than ever.

Alicia asks Grace for an explanation. Apparently the other reactor is still running and is at risk of melting down without the generator. They need to fix the plane and get out of there or else they will all turn into nuclear walkers.

Luciana tells Strand that they’re shutting down the generator and he pledges to find a way to get to them with the parts they need. The power shuts off, turning off the radio with it, and Sarah and Charlie are there. Strand asks about airports in the area and Sarah says they scouted them all. Wendell, via radio, confirms that the airport where he got the peanuts was flooded.

Charlie says Strand told them they would find a way to get to them, but Strand admits that he only said it to make them feel better, which makes Sarah laugh. They have the pieces they need, they need to find a way to connect them. Strand grabs a beer and calls it a hopeless situation. Jimbo was able to make a sacrifice for them and they should be able to as well. Charlie looks at the picture of Jimbo and asks if they really did take everything from his warehouse. She shows Sarah the picture and Sarah smiles, saying they will get them back after all.

Grace meets up with Morgan, who has the generator. She needs his help moving the cars before they get suited up.
