Norman Reedus knows how to weather the apocalypse, but when his daughter’s magic wand snaps in two he knew he had to jump into action. Fortunately, The Walking Dead star knew exactly how to play superhero and save the day.
Reedus shared an adorable photo of his daughter’s magic wand. She must have put a little extra abracadabra into her day because the wand, which features a glittery star and flowing ribbons, had been snapped into two.
The first photo was of the broken magic wand. The second photo featured the broken wand and a giant roll of duct tape, and the final photo was of a newly repaired wand.
The caption: “Crisis averted”

Every kid knows the agony of a broken toy, and some of us were lucky to have a parent around who would attempt to save the day with a fix. Dads seem to have a tendency to grab the duct tape first, and it usually gets the job done even it isn’t the prettiest solution. (However, a solution is a solution when your magic wand is broken!)
Reedus, who is always sharing fun videos and photos on his social media, has been laying low during quarantine. He and partner Diane Kruger recently appeared on Friday Night in with the Morgans, and soon Reedus will join the rest of his fellow TWD cast members during a virtual panel for Comic-Con at Home.
The Walking Dead cast would normally be in the middle of shooting the upcoming season, but production has been shut down for months amid the novel coronavirus epidemic. Though season 11 scripts have been written, work on the new season is at a standstill with no end in sight.

The good news for TWD fans is that the Comic-Con at Home panel will address the highly anticipated season 10 finale and hopefully announce a release date.
