Comic-Con at Home should be announcing The Walking Dead panels soon

Excitement is building now that Comic-Con International (CCI), the organization behind San Diego Comic-Con, is starting to roll out their virtual panel schedule. That means the TWD Family should be getting news about The Walking Dead, Fear the Walking Dead and World Beyond panel schedules soon.

July and San Diego Comic-Con have always gone hand-in-hand, and it’s a special month for the TWD Family because it’s when we receive all kinds of news and trailers from the annual pop culture event. This year’s event is transitioning to a virtual environment, taking place July 22-26, and it is free and open to everyone.

That’s right, you can watch all of the hottest Hall H panels from the comfort of your living room, without having to camp overnight with thousands of strangers.

The Wednesday schedule went live on July 8, following in the SDCC tradition of releasing the schedule each day, two weeks ahead of the event. Wednesday is SDCC’s preview night and much of the panels are dedicated to comics and education as part of CCI’s commitment to kids and education.

If tradition holds, then The Walking Dead Universe panels will be announced on Friday since Fridays are typically the day that big TV shows take over Hall H and Ballroom 20.

But that doesn’t mean there won’t be plenty of content to look for on the other days. Robert Kirkman will host two panels with his Skybound colleagues, talking about everything from TWD comics to his newest offerings, including Firepower.
