Fear TWD panel at Comic-Con at Home: Complete guide
Everything you need to know about the Fear TWD panel at Comic-Con at Home
Fear the Walking Dead is heading into its sixth season this summer and the cast is making a virtual stop at Comic-Con at Home. Instead of a big panel in Hall H during SDCC, SDCC is going virtual so that fans all over the world can tune in for free to see the Fear TWD cast. Here is a guide to everything you need to know about the Fear TWD panel.
When
The Fear TWD panel will take place on Friday, July 24 at 12pm PT.
How To Watch
It is a good idea to get ready to watch the panel now so you are ready as soon as the panel goes live during the event.
Fans can tune into the panel via the Comic-Con at Home YouTube page.
You can subscribe to the Comic-Con page now and set up reminders so that you are notified when the panel goes live. There are also links to panels on the Comic-Con website.
Who Will Be There
According to AMC, the members of the cast expected to be in attendance are: Alycia Debnam-Carey, Colman Domingo, Lennie James, Danay Garcia, Karen David, Ruben Blades and Jenna Elfman.
Scott M. Gimple, Andrew Chambliss and Ian Goldberg will also be in attendance.
Chris Hardwick will be the moderator for the panel.
What To Expect
Fans are hoping for three big things from the Fear TWD panel: A season 6 premiere date, new footage or a longer trailer and new cast member announcements.
SDCC has always been a time for big announcements and new footage. With The Walking Dead heading into SDCC without a season 11 trailer, as the new season has yet to begin filming, the promise of new footage lies with Fear TWD and World Beyond.
Possible Surprises
In addition to a season 6 premiere date, it is entirely possible that the first episode of the season could be “screened” (i.e. released) during Comic-Con at Home. It’s not uncommon for shows to debut during SDCC or WonderCon.
It would be a matter of AMC making the announcement and having the season premiere ready to roll on Sunday night as a surprise for fans. It could happen, and it would be very welcome if it did happen.
