7. Lily from the video game

Lily from the video game is the only antagonist to make it on this top 10 list and it’s because there are a lot of grey areas to her character and so much unaccounted for time in her story. We first meet her in season 1 of the video game, she leaves and reappears nearly a DECADE later in the timeline as the antagonist for the final season!

While her fate is determinant, unlike Kenny her story has an incredibly massive gap with tons of untapped potential. We know general broad sweeping ideas of what she was up to during her absence but no details. This story alone could be its own mini-series video game.

When we meet Lily in the first season, a fair amount of how she reacts is up to how you treat her and her father. However, the one thing all choices share in common is while trying to take a leadership role she becomes increasingly paranoid and because of everything building up she murders another group member in cold blood. After this, she, in one way or another, leaves the group altogether.

Fast forward to season 5, it seems in her time away she got caught up in a violent group, really nurturing the side of her that had darkness. Her people did unspeakable things to loved characters in the last season. While there was certainly a mean streak in her before season 5, a one-shot comic detailing her spiral into being a villainess would be nothing short of awesome.
