Jeffrey Dean Morgan reminisces Grey’s Anatomy memorable lines of Denny Duquette

The Walking Dead’s Jeffrey Dean Morgan is well known for his roles outside of that series. He is known for his portrayal of the Winchester patriarch, John Winchester in Supernatural and Jason Crouse in The Good Wife. Still, next to his Walking Dead character Negan, JDM is best known as the handsome, lovable Denny Duquette from Grey’s Anatomy.

Duquette entered Seattle Grace hospital as a heart patient many years prior to us meeting him in Greys. He had been on the transplant list, and when they finally had a heart for him, he appeared on the series, and the fans have never been the same.

Now, there has always been a lot of competition on Grey’s Anatomy. You have McDreamy (Patrick Dempsey), McSteamy (Eric Dane), Dr. Burke (Isaiah Washington), Dr. Deluca (Giacomo Gianniotti), Dr. Karev (Justin Chambers) and Dr. Avery (Jesse Williams), to name a few of the beautiful males who have been on this series, but none can compare to Denny Duquette.

Duquette had this charm about him that made him irresistible. Being humble wasn’t a trait he possessed, but that only added to his appeal. He was overly confident, and the complete love he showed for Dr. Izzie Stevens (Katherine Heigl) made fans swoon for this character.

Screenrant recently ranked Duquette’s best lines in the series. They did a great job of helping us to remember all the goodness that was Denny.

Morgan tweeted the article commenting that he can’t remember much from fifteen years ago, but he does remember each of the lines that Screenrant mentioned.

Morgan is currently filming season ten bonus episodes of The Walking Dead, and real-life wife Hilarie Burton Morgan is playing his reel-life wife.  Fans are very excited about the team up of this husband/wife duo. Burton Morgan will play Negan’s wife, Lucille, in one episode.
