7) As the show returns from commercial, we overhear a series of calls coming into June and Sarah’s radio, describing a series of medical disasters unfolding somewhere in the area. How do these people know who to call? How have they not already been taken in by Virginia, assuming they’re not already part of the Pioneers’ communities? Them somehow being in contact with The Pioneers, yet not under their control is just…confusing.

8) When Malcolm asks for Doctor Holt, Sarah informs him that he’s dead. How’d he die? Oh, while we don’t see him die, we do learn he’s dead, so, I guess that makes him the eleventh named character to die this season…sort of.

9) Malcolm is the twelfth named character to die this season, the second (Maybe third, if you want to count Dr. Holt…I don’t) to die in this episode, and the fifth character this season to turn.

10) To continue with Sarah’s habit of nicknaming people, she’s christened Virginia “Freckles”.
