Madison Lintz will reprise her role as Maddie Bosch in spinoff series

Madison Lintz will always hold a special place in the hearts of Walking Dead fans. She played the role of Sophia Peletier. Her death saddened us all as we were all hoping the search would find her alive and well. When she emerged from the barn in her reanimated form, this shocked the fandom.

Although she was only present for a handful of episodes, her death made an impact, and the fact that she was Carol’s daughter forever left a mark on our hearts. Sophia’s comic story continued until the end when she married Carl, and they had a daughter.

Lintz’s brothers Matt and Macsen also starred in The Walking Dead as Carol’s adopted son Henry at different ages.

Madison Lintz to star in Bosch spin-off series

Since leaving The Walking Dead, Lintz has starred in After, Nashville, Parental Guidance, American Judy and Along Came the Devil. Her most successful role has been Maddie Bosch on Amazon’s hit crime drama Bosch.

Lintz plays the title character, Harry Bosch’s daughter, in the series.  The main series released its seventh and final season in June 2021 but had announced an untitled spin-off series is in the works in March.

In an interview with Newsweek, Michael Connelly, the author of the novels Bosch is based on, has announced that the spin-off will be based on his book titled The Wrong Side of GoodBye. Lintz will return for the spin-off, as will Titus Welliver as Harry Bosch and Mimi Rogers as Honey “Money” Chandler. The spin-off will move to IMDB TV.

There are some actors with tie-ins to the Walking Dead that star in Bosch. Sarah Clark, wife of Xander Berkely, who played Gregory and Michelle Hurd, wife of Fear TWD actor Garrett Dillahunt. Also, the late Scott Wilson, Ryan Hurst, C. Thomas Howell and Lynn Collins.
