AMC renewed Eli Roth’s History of Horror for a third season with many great episodes to be featured. The season premieres on AMC+ on September 25 and October 1 on AMC. Just in time for the Halloween horror viewing season. The Walking Dead’s SFX genius and director Greg Nicotero will once again be featured.

Eli Roth is an award-winning director, producer, editor, writer and actor who works in the horror genre. He is well known for directing Cabin Fever and Hostel. 

The first two seasons have met with great reviews, and horror fans are pleased with the content. The series features interviews with the people who work in the genre, and they explore everything that makes horror what it is today. They focus on classic horror films but don’t shy away from those outstanding films that never made it big but are just as frightening.

Over the past two seasons of History of Horror, The Walking Dead’s Greg Nicotero has been featured in many episodes. His experience puts him at the forefront as one of the horror gurus, and his insight is highly regarded.

Episodes he has been featured in include season one’s “Zombies,” “Slashers 1 and 2”, “Kill Creatures,” and “Vampires.” In the second season, he appeared on “Houses of Hell,” “Witches,” “Chilling Children,” and “Nine Nightmares.”

He will be featured in season three as well, but it hasn’t been announced which episodes we will see him in.
