Jon Bernthal in The Unforgivable coming soon to Netflix
By Renee Hansen
Walking Dead Alum, Jon Bernthal attended the premiere of the Netflix film The Unforgivable that he stars in with Sandra Bullock. Bernthal is known for playing tough-guy characters but he gets a chance to show off his softer side in this film.
Bernthal looked dapper at the premiere that was held at Directors Guild of America in Los Angeles this week. In an interview with InStyle Bernthal shared that being able to work with Bullock on this film was a major draw, and the opportunity to work with director Nora Fingscheidt who he says is an unbelievable filmmaker.
The Unforgivable is based on a British miniseries Unforgiven written by Sally Wainwright. Bulluck plays Ruth Slater, a woman trying to rebuild her life after spending 20 years in prison.
Bulluck and Bernthal are joined by Vincent D’Onofrio, Richard Thomas, Linda Emond, Aisling Franciosi, Rob Morgan, Viola Davis and Tom Guiry.

So far, the critics have been harsh with this one, but I am willing to give it a chance with the outstanding cast. You can see the trailer below that it does look like a great film.
