Netflix has many mega-hits within its catalog of movies and shows. One of the most highly anticipated season releases for 2022 is the crime drama Ozark. This series will release part one of its fourth and final season in January 2022. Did you know many actors from The Walking Dead universe have starred in this series?

Ozark is a Netflix original series that follows financial advisor Marty Byrd (Jason Bateman) when he uproots his Chicago family and movies them to the Ozarks to launder money for the Mexican cartel. When things don’t go as planned, the Byrd family becomes acquainted with the local criminal world leading to even more criminal activity.

Critics have praised the series for its acting, directing and writing. Ozark has received 32 Primetime Emmy Award nominations, for which Bateman won for Outstanding Directing for a Drama series. Julia Garner, who plays Ruth Longmire, has won two consecutive awards for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series.
