The Walking Dead trailer: are Eugene and Princess looking for Stephanie?
By Renee Hansen
The Walking Dead season 11B trailer has been released, and the second installment of the final season will be action-packed. Many favorite characters were featured in the trailer, and it seems everyone is in midset of some sort of altercation.
Eugene and Princess appear to be together in a jail cell being interrogated by someone. The trailer never runs in order to throw us off the trail of the storyline, but this could have something to do with the fact that Stephanie is missing.
There is a clip of an elaborate investigative board regarding her disappearance, and it seems someone named Calhoun is a suspect. Is this a new development, or is this something from her past? We know the woman introduced to Eugene as Stephanie isn’t the real Stephanie, so there is much mystery around this person.

In another clip, Eugene waits for someone as he sits at a table holding two ice cream cones. A later shot shows the shop closing up, and he is still alone, sitting in the same spot. Did Stephanie stand him up?
During the finale of part one of season 11, Eugene was jailed because he had broken some of the Commonwealth’s rules. Lance Hornsby told him he would only avoid jail time if he gave up the location of Alexandria. Is this why we see Commonwealth soldiers arriving at that community? And, why is Eugene out of jail?
Eugene is also seen in an alley with a fire as if he is living on the streets. And, he is violently yelling at someone, saying that everyone will know exactly who and what they are.
Princess is seen in a few clips. In one, it appears she is in jail with Eugene. We see her sneaking around in some building. And, if you look over the other Stephanie’s shoulder during Governor Pamela Milton’s speech, you can see her dressed up, complete with a tiara.
It seems Eugene and Princess’ stories will be all over the place by these clips we have seen.
The Walking Dead returns to AMC on February 20.
