The Walking Dead’s Noah Emmerich in Space Force season 2
By Renee Hansen
It has been many years since Noah Emmerich was seen on The Walking Dead. He portrayed CDC scientist Dr. Jenner in the final episode of season 1. Then recently, he appeared in after credit scene of the spin-off series The Walking Dead: World Beyond.
Dr. Jenner was featured in old recordings he had sent to the French scientists who at the beginning of the outbreak was close to something regarding a cure. This clip was very informative and confusing but a great way to throwback to a character who died in season 1.
Scott Gimple has made some comments that make things even more unclear. He stated that it might not be accurate just because something is scrolled in paint. This references the words “les morts sont nes ici,” which were painted on ductwork in the French video clip; this translates to “the dead were born here.” Does that mean the virus was born in France? Or the variants that were later discovered? It will tie into something in The Walking Dead universe; we will have to see where this pops up again.
Space Force season 2 – Noah Emmerich
Space Force is a Netflix original comedy series that centers on a group of people establishing the sixth branch of the US Armed Forces known as the United States Space Force.
General Mark Naird (Steve Carell) is tasked by the President to get “boots on the moon by 2024.”
The second season of this series will premiere on Netflix on February 18 and consist of seven episodes. You can view the official trailer below.
Emmerich portrays General Kick Grabaston, the Chief of Staff of the US Air Force, who is General Naird’s rival, who believes Space Force should be under his control. He appeared in four episodes in season 1, and it isn’t clear how many episodes we will see him in for the second season. He is featured at the very beginning of the trailer.
