Norman Reedus and fiancé Diane Kruger attend Cannes Film Festival
By Renee Hansen
This week, the 75th Annual Cannes Film Festival is in full swing, running through May 28 in France. The Walking Dead’s Norman Reedus and his fiance Diane Kruger made quite the picture as they stepped out to attend the event.
The couple made quite a statement with Kruger’s ruched red gown and gold jewelry as she held hands with her handsome beau, Reedus, who wore a black suit complete with a bow tie.
The couple met in 2015 on the set of the movie Sky, in which they co-starred, and began dating the following year. In 2018 they welcomed a daughter, and last year they announced their engagement where Kruger premiered her new ring at the Met Gala in 2021.
The couple attended the 75th Anniversary celebration screening of “The Innocent (L’Innocent)” at Cannes on Tuesday, May 24, at Palais des Festivals. After the screening, the couple attended the 75th Anniversary Dinner celebration.

The actors have both added authors to their list of accomplishments. Kruger has penned a children’s book, A Name From the Sky, released on October 25. This book is a tale of her childhood and the life-changing moment when she learned the origins of her name.
Reedus has written a novel, The Ravaged, which introduces three characters on separate journeys that take them on parallel paths. His debut novel has quickly become a LA Times, USA Today and New York Times bestseller. He has begun the writing of his next book.
Kruger has several new projects, including Swimming with Sharks (TV Series), A Circus Story & A Love Song, First Love, Out of the Blue, Marlowe, Joika and Butterfly in the Typewriter.
Reedus has completed filming for The Walking Dead series that he dedicated 12 years to and will go on to star in a spinoff series that is filmed and set in Europe. He has also begun filming the next season of his series Ride with Norman Reedus, and one of the episodes, to the delight of his fans, will feature Keanu Reeves. He also has a new photography book in the works and another art show coming up in Paris.
