AMC has announced its lineup of panels for Comic Con 2022, which will be held July 21-14 in San Diego. This will mark The Walking Dead’s final appearance at the event where the series has had a presence since 2010. During TWD’s first appearance, the series was promoting the premiere of the series that would take place that fall, and now the series will be promoting the final eight episodes set to release in the fall of 2022.

The Walking Dead will again host their panel in Hall H and be moderated by Talking Dead’s Chris Hardwick. This panel will take place Friday, July 22 at 1:30 PM PT and promote season 11C. Fans won’t want to miss this final panel for the flagship series of The Walking Dead universe that will feature Chief Content Officer of The Walking Dead Universe Scott Gimple, Showrunner and Executive Producer Angela Kang, Executive Producer, Director and Special Effects Makeup Supervisor Greg Nicotero. Joining them will be cast members Norman Reedus, Melissa McBride, Christian Serratos, Ross Marquand, Khary Payton, Seth Gilliam, Josh McDermitt, Michael James Shaw, Cailey Fleming and Lauren Ridloff. They will answer fan questions, discuss filming for the final season, and share behind-the-scenes stories. Fans will finally see the highly anticipated trailer for The Walking Dead season 11, part 3.

It is great to see Reedus and McBride in attendance as they are the two remaining cast members from season one still featured in the storyline.

The Walking Dead season 11 part 3 synopsis

The synopsis for the final episodes reads:

"In the upcoming final episodes of The Walking Dead, threats lurk around every corner, dead and alive, as each group continues to get caught in uncontrollable situations. The looming pressure is cresting towards a day of reckoning for all. Will the sum of their individual journeys cumulate into one, or divide them forever?"

The final eight episodes are sure to be something amazing and emotional for viewers. Who will make it out alive? Will we see some significant deaths?

There was no mention of the announcement of the release date for the final episodes in the press release. But, that date is often revealed at the end of the trailer. So, figures crossed that we also get that information during Comic Con 2022.
