Walking Dead actor Teo Rapp-Olsson stars in Fantasy Island

Fans of Teo Rapp-Olsson, who played Sebastian in season 11 of The Walking Dead, will be delighted to learn they can see him in a new role. Rapp-Olsson will star in an upcoming Fantasy Island episode, a sequel to the original series from 1977. His episode titled “Urn” debuts on Fox on Monday, Feb. 6, at 8 p.m. ET and streaming on Hulu on Feb. 7.

Fantasy Island is in its second season and is created by Elizabeth Craft and Sarah Fain, who have worked on many projects together, including Angel and Sheild. 

Elena (Roselyn Sánchez) has taken over as host of the island, a title formerly held by her grandfather. Mr. Roarke (Ricardo Montalbán) from the original series. She is assisted by Ruby (Kiara Barnes) and the head of transportation, Javier (John Gabriel Rodriquez). As in the original series, the reboot guides the guests through their fantasies to look below the surface to discover their heart’s desire.

Rapp-Olsson’s episode follows three siblings who must work out their past resentments while trying to fulfill their mother’s last fantasy. The episode also stars Hope Lauren and Nick Jandl.

Rapp-Olsson is well known for his roles in Redrum, I Love You…But I lied, Deadbeat, Divorce, Z: The Beginning of Everything, Blue Bloods, Bull, The Deuce, Crashing, and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. He is also a talented stage actor who has appeared in several theater productions.

Next, he will star in the horror movie Bury Me When I’m Dead. This movie tells of a widower who fails to keep his wife’s dying wish and believes she’s returned for revenge as he experiences a series of tragic events.
