The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon – an adventure in France
Some fans of The Walking Dead have thought it would be interesting to see how other parts of the world have faired after the outbreak. The Daryl Dixon-centric series will finally glimpse how France has tackled the undead. It is still unclear how Daryl will arrive across the ocean, but he will do so without remembering how or why he is there.
He will encounter new people and groups that make his goal of returning home difficult. Little has been revealed about the series, but Norman Reedus, who has played Daryl since season 1 of the flagship series, has stated that this story is a reset for his character. According to a character description, he will encounter a religious group or at least one of its members.
Daryl Dixon is another series that AMC hasn’t announced a second season but social media posts from cast and crew, as well as casting calls, have indicated filming will be in May 2023 for season 2.
The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon will have six episodes that will premiere in the fall of 2023. IMDB has the premiere date listed as October 1, but AMC hasn’t announced this.
