Walking Dead actress Pollyanna McIntosh new project Quicksand

Actress Pollyanna McIntosh is well known in The Walking Dead universe for her portrayal of Anne/Jadis, who has starred in the main series and The Walking Dead: World Beyond spinoff. Next, she will star in another upcoming spinoff, The Walking Dead: Summit, known as the Rick & Michonne spinoff. McIntosh has been busy with many new projects, including one she stars in and directs Quicksand.

The film is directed by McIntosh and written by Siobhan Callaghan, and produced by Carbonated Comet Productions. Quicksand was filmed in Ireland and explores dark secrets a woman keeps from her partner as her world collapses around her.

In the film, McIntosh plays Nola, and Callaghan plays Sally. They are joined by Liam Cunningham as Joe, Lauryn Canny as Max, Kayode Akinyemi as Cillian, and Philip O’Sullivan as Bill.

Pollyanna McIntosh upcoming roles – Walking Dead and more

McIntosh will reprise her role as Jadis in The Walking Dead: Summit. This series will continue the epic love story of Rick (Andrew Lincoln) and Michonne (Danai Gurira).

In season 9 of The Walking Dead, Jadis/Anne used Rick as her ticket to gain entrance into the CRM (Civic Republic Military). She would reappear in World Beyond as Warrant Officer Jadis Stokes, a loyal member of the CRM. Her role in the new series will likely oppose Rick’s goal to flee the CRM. It will be exciting to see McIntosh return to TWDU.

Next, she will star in a horror thriller, Double Blind, where an experimental drug trial goes wrong, and the survivors must fight sleep and each other to stay alive.

She will also star in a sci-fi film, The Primary Talent, set shortly where humans don’t experience bodily harm and an actor teams up with a detective to solve the first murder that has occurred in years.
