Vikings: Valhalla is a historical drama that is a sequel to History’s Vikings which aired for six seasons. Filmed in County Wicklow, Ireland, the sequel is set more than 100 years after the original. Created for Netflix by Jeb Stuart, known for action films like Die Hard and The Fugitive, this series timeline marks the beginning of the end of the Viking age.

The Netflix series is based on the actual events of three of the most heroic Vikings, Leif Erikson, Freydís Eiríksdóttir, and Harald Sigurdsson. Vikings: Valhalla chronicles their fight for survival and glory.

What else does Pollyanna McIntosh star in?

The Walking Dead and World Beyond have concluded the stories, but is there a window for McIntosh to return to TWDU? Possibly. She was last seen in World Beyond as Warrant Officer Jadis Stokes, a member of the CRM (Civic Republic Military). This is the organization she traded Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) to, and now Rick and Michonne (Danai Gurira) will return in their own series, Summit. It is possible viewers will see the return of Jadis as well.

She is also well-known for her role as the Woman in a trilogy of horror films, Offspring, The Woman, and Darlin’.  Her first US movie role was in the 2005 movie Headspace, and she would star in Lodge 49, Hap and Leonard, M.I. High, Bob Servant Independent, and Burke and Hare.

Next, McIntosh will star in a horror thriller, Double Blind, and The Primary Talent, a sci-fi movie.
