By Renee Hansen
Fans of The Walking Dead have been pleasantly surprised by the newest spinoff, The Walking Dead: Dead City. This series is set in post-apocalyptic Manhattan, overrun by a massive horde of the undead, a villain named The Croat (Željko Ivanek), and a group of native New Yorkers known as the Tribespeople. Is there a new episode of Dead City on AMC tonight?
Dead City’s first season consists of six episodes; the fourth episode is titled “Everybody Wins and Prize,” written by showrunner Eli Jorné and directed by Kevin Dowling, who also directed last week’s episode of Dead City and the first two episodes of The Walking Dead’s final season.
This episode will see Maggie (Lauren Cohan) and Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) begin to carry out their plan to rescue Hershel (Logan Kim) and kill The Croat, aided by the Tribespeople.
Perlie Armstrong (Gaius Charles) is still a captive of The Croat, and Ginny (Mahina Napoleon) has found her way to the island.
What time is The Walking Dead: Dead City episode 4 on AMC?
The Walking Dead: Dead City will release its fourth episode on Sunday, July 9, at 9 p.m. ET. This and all previous episodes can be streamed on AMC Networks’ subscription service AMC+.
New images for the episode reveal Maggie will encounter Ginny, which could cause issues for her plan to rescue her son. In the previous episode, she was seen burning Ginny’s dino stuffy to keep her presence on the island a secret from Negan to ensure he would still honor his plan to help her.
With only three episodes remaining, this storyline will quickly advance. Will Maggie & Negan’s plan play out, and Hershel will be rescued safely? Don’t miss the final episodes to find out.
