Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon closer look at Codron the man hunting Daryl

Season 1 of The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon, which premieres on AMC in September, will introduce many new characters. He will meet a nun named Isabelle (Clémence Poésy) and a young boy, Laurent (Louis Puech Scigliuzzi). He will also encounter some unfriendly people, including Codron (Romain Levi).
In the full-length trailer, a woman, Genet (Anne Charrier), is seen who looks to be a leader of a group to which Codron belongs. She tells him, “The American? Find the man and kill him.” Codron then assures her that he will not stop tracking Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus). “I’ll find him for you. I will not stop.”
A new promo reveals a bit more about this new character. He is a solider for the political movement known as The Cause. Levi said his favorite thing about Codron is he will never give up and will be seen as a villain in this series.
Codron, who always has a scowl, appears second in command and is seen multiple times throughout the trailer. He has several people under his command, including Phillippe (Elias Hauter). At one point, he has Laurent and Sylvie (Laïka Blanc-Francard), another nun, captured and points a gun at the woman’s head. He appears to be a brutal man willing to do Genet’s bidding, even if it means murdering people.

The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon
AMC will premiere The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon on September 10 at 9 p.m. ET. AMC+ will premiere this episode three days early. The Daryl Dixon premiere will be immediately followed by the debut season 6 of Reedus’ travel series Ride with Norman Reedus.
The first season of Daryl Dixon consists of six episodes, and the series has been renewed for a second season. This was announced at SDCC 2023, along with other exciting news in TWDU.
