The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon will premiere in a few weeks, and AMC has slowly been revealing the new characters featured in this series. Daryl Dixon is the fifth spinoff of The Walking Dead that serves as a sequel that will focus on Daryl, a character portrayed by Norman Reedus. The most recent cast member introduced is Laurent, played by Louis Puech Scigliuzzi.
The new clip below briefly introduces Laurent, a young boy who has spent his life among the nuns of The Union of Hope in France. The series is set and filmed in France, giving viewers a look at the apocalypse in a new county.
In another promo clip, Daryl says that bad choices led him to France, where he encounters Isabelle (Clémence Poésy), a nun who believes he is a messenger sent to accompany Lauerent to fulfill his destiny of leading the revival of humanity.
The mission will be complicated as Daryl is being hunted by Codron (Romain Levi), a member of a political movement known as The Cause. This organization is led by Genet (Anne Charrier), who wants the American, Daryl Dixon, killed.
