The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon synopsis
The official Daryl Dixon synopsis from AMC:
"In The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon, Daryl (Reedus) washes ashore in France and struggles to piece together how he got there and why. The series tracks his journey across a broken but resilient France as he hopes to find a way back home. As he makes the journey, though, the connections he forms along the way complicate his ultimate plan."
As more promo videos and character reels have been released, fans learn that Daryl will encounter a group, The Union of Hope, a sect of well-armed nuns who believe he is a messenger sent from God. He is to escort a young boy who they believe is destined to lead humanity’s revival. He will meet many friendly faces along the way and encounter The Cause, who want him dead.
Daryl will also encounter variant mutated walkers, known as Burners, which will add to the excitement of this series.
