Who is Leah (Lynn Collins) in The Walking Dead series?

In season 10c of The Walking Dead, a new character, Leah (Lynn Collins), was introduced. Throughout her short time on the series, she would go from the romantic interest of Daryl (Norman Reedus), a Reaper, and an ally of Lance Hornsby (Josh Hamilton).
In episode 18, season 10, “Find Me,” viewers see a story that revolves around Daryl and his time searching for Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln). He lives as a recluse, camping beside the river, and is visited often by his best friend Carol (Melissa McBride), who brings him supplies and news from the communities. This is when he encounters a woman named Leah, and also where he finds Dog.
His first encounter with Leah isn’t friendly, but eventually, they become lovers and later have a disagreement. Daryl thinks Leah wants him to stop his search for Rick, but she claims she only wants him to find peace. Daryl leaves the cabin, and when he returns, the cabin is in shambles and Leah is gone but Dog remains with him.

The next time Daryl encounters Leah is at the Reaper’s camp in season 11. She encourages Pope (Ritchie Coster), the group leader, to recruit Daryl. A master at deception, Leah does and says all the right things to make Daryl feel comfortable in her presence again.
In the final battle for Meridian, Leah betrays Pope and Daryl. She kills Pope and blames Daryl. When Maggie slaughters the remaining Reapers, Daryl gives Leah one more chance and lets her go.
Later, she makes a deal with Hornsby to go after Maggie. With Commonwealth soldiers on her side, she attacks Hilltop during the night, an act that backfires, and finds Maggie and Leah in a game of cat and mouse in the woods.
Maggie wakes in the morning, tied to a chair in Leah’s old cabin. They fight, and just when it looks like Leah has the upper hand, she is shot in the head by Daryl.
Leah was a deeply traumatized woman who, even though she professes to look at Pope as a father figure, didn’t think twice about killing him. During her short reign as the leader of the Reapers, her ruthless side was revealed and even though Daryl gave her a second chance, she chose to go after Maggie anyway.
Daryl expressed a quick look of regret for killing Leah, but it was the right thing to do.
