The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon season finale to air early at New York Comic Con (NYCC)

Fans of The Walking Dead universe were uncertain if their favorite fandom would be present at New York Comic Con (NYCC) 2023. But there is excellent news: AMC will host a NYCC lineup featuring The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon and The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live. 

The 2023 NYCC event will be held at the Javits Center from October 12-15 and will include panels, special screenings, Q&A sessions, and exclusive looks at what’s to come across the multitude of fandoms present at the event.

AMC has announced its lineup featuring The Walking Dead spinoffs, Orphan Black: Echoes,  Anne Rice’s Interview with the Vampire Season Two, and more.

The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon NYCC

On Thursday, October 12 at 4:15 p.m. ET on the Empire Stage, attendees will view the season finale of The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon, three days ahead of the premiere on AMC and AMC+ on October 15.

Following the episode, a Q&A session moderated by Entertainment Weekly’s Dalton Ross will be featured with Chief Content Officer of The Walking Dead Universe Scott M. Gimple, Showrunner David Zabel, and Executive Producer Greg Nicotero.

Attendees will also be treated to sneak peeks at The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live, Orphan Black: Echoes, and Anne Rice’s Interview with the Vampire Season Two. 

The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live is scheduled for release in 2024, and hopefully, whatever is featured at NYCC will be made public shortly after, but there is no guarantee.

AMC’s HIDIVE will also feature the world premiere of the English dub of The Tunnel to Summer, the Exit of Goodbyes, which will premiere in theaters on November 3.

AMC’s Shudder celebrates the return of the  V/H/S franchise with V/H/S/85, which begins streaming on October 6. At NYCC, Shudder will feature a panel moderated by Shudder’s VP of Programming, Samuel Zimmerman, which will feature David Bruckner (V/H/S/1), Chloe Okuno (V/H/S/94),  Natasha Kermani (V/H/S/85), Jason Eisener (V/H/S/2), and Tyler McIntyre (V/H/S/99), among others.
