Norman Reedus is making headlines with his new spinoff series, The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon. The series is breaking streaming records on AMC+, and critics and fans agree that this is one of the best things to come to The Walking Dead universe. Reedus is currently in New York City with his family, and his fiancee Diane Kruger recorded an adorable video of the proud papa and his little one.
Reedus will attend New York Comic Con (NYCC) on October 12 to be part of the Daryl Dixon panel held on the Empire Stage at 4:15 p.m. ET. Attendees will be treated to the first look screening at the Daryl Dixon season 1 finale and a sneak peek at the Rick and Michonne series, The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live. Reedus will attend the Q&A session moderated by Entertainment Weekly’s Dalton Ross and his other special guests, Scott M. Gimple, showrunner David Zabel, and Executive Producer Greg Nicotero. Reedus is also expected to share some big news.
While in NYC, he has been spending quality time with his family, which included something special for his daughter, which involved the New York City Fire Department (FDNY). Papa and daughter are seen walking down the streets of NY as she wears a tiny little fireman’s hat.
The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon – Norman Reedus
Reedus reprised his role as Daryl Dixon for the new spinoff, which is set in and filmed in France. The final episode of season 1 airs on AMC and AMC+ on October 15.
The series has been renewed for a second season, and filming for that project has been ongoing. Rumors have circulated that Reedus will be joined by Melissa McBride, who plays Carol, for the next season, but AMC has yet to confirm this information.
