Inside TWD: Daryl Dixon season 1 airs following the season finale on AMC

AMC has done a fantastic job with The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon spinoff series. This series has surprised critics and viewers with the breathtaking cinematography, the moving score, and a cast of genuinely talented actors portraying interesting new characters. The season finale airs on October 15 and will be followed by a unique behind-the-scenes look at the making of the series.

Inside The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon S1 will follow the AMC airing of the Daryl Dixon season 1 finale. This inside look will feature interviews with cast members and creators, including actors Norman Reedus, Clémence Poésy, executive producer Greg Nicotero, and more.

This special feature will be an excellent way to round out the series’s first season as fans eagerly await the second season coming in 2024.

The season finale of Daryl Dixon, “Coming Home,” airs on AMC+ beginning at 3 a.m. ET and on AMC at 9 p.m. ET on October 15. 

The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon season 2

The final episode of season 1 is an exciting episode with a few shocking moments as well as some tender-hearted ones. It will also set things up to carry into the second season, of which production has already begun.

At New York Comic Con (NYCC) 2023, AMC officially announced that Melissa McBride will reprise her role as Carol for the series’s second season. The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon – The Book of Carol is the title for the second season that will reunite Carol and Daryl, who have been one of the most iconic duos of the flagship series.

This series initially set out to feature both Carol and Daryl, but McBride had to bow out of the first season for personal reasons but Reedus has long teased that her story isn’t over.

McBride on Carol’s return:

"“I’ve known there was much more to be told of Carol’s story as I felt her so unsettled when we last saw her, as she watched her best friend, Daryl, ride away. Apart or (hopefully!) together, their stories run deep, and I’m so excited to continue Carol’s journey here. This team of storytellers have done amazing work to land these two established characters in an entirely new world to them, and I’m loving the discoveries!”"
