By Renee Hansen
Actor, director, and entrepreneur Michael Cudlitz is well known for his role as Abraham Ford in The Walking Dead series and for his roles in Band of Brothers, Lois & Clark, The Kids Are All Right, and more.InfoNews.CA reports that in November, Cudlitz will make a special appearance at the Crown & Thieves winery in Canada.
Cudlitiz is known for enjoying a fine cigar and whiskey, with fans often gifting these items when they meet him at conventions. In a special Drink with the Stars Bourbon Edition held at the Crown & Thieves winery located in West Kelowna, BC, Cudlitz will be the guest at the exclusive tasting event.
Crown & Thieves are making the Drink with Stars event an annual tradition. Last year’s event features Lou Ferrigno, best known for portraying The Incredible Hulk in the original series, which aired in the late 70s and early 80s for five seasons.

Cudlitz met a local filmmaker, Norm Coyne, who would then introduce him to Jason Parkes, owner of the winery. Parks and Coyne were already planning a bourbon-tasting event, and adding Cudlitz as the special guest was perfection.
The event will take place on November 18, beginning at 7 p.m. Tickets are available on Eventbrite for $150 (plus fees & taxes) and includes a bourbon flight, autograph, and professional photo op.
The official event description:
"It’s a Yellowstone & The Walking Dead crossover but it’s not what you think! You might know him as Abraham from The Walking Dead. You might know him as Officer John Cooper from Southland. Or you might just know him as Lex Luthor on Superman & Lois. However you know him, on November 18, you’ll get to know him over a bourbon at Crown & Thieves! This exclusive tasting event will feature some of the best bourbons in the game from Evan Williams, Elijah Craig, Larceny and Yellowstone plus a meet and greet experience with the one and only Michael Cudlitz. This is a once in a lifetime tasting experience you won’t find anywhere else."
Cudlitz is a co-owner of a 1920s-inspired speakeasy, Red Phone Booth located in Nashville. According to the website, the Red Phone Booth is a prohibition experience. Guests enter through an antique red phone booth, as seen in London, and must enter a unique code only members can access. If you can get a member to share their code, you too can enjoy the experience that is set to exceed guests’ expectations. Prohibition-style cocktails are served with hand-chipped ice, fresh juices, and rare liquors.
