Actress Pollyanna McIntosh recently shared an image from her final day filming on The Walking Dead. The image features her with Andrew Lincoln, who portrays Rick Grimes in the main series and the upcoming spinoff, The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live, in which McIntosh also stars.
McIntosh, who played Jadis/Anne in the main series, will reprise her role as Jadis in the Rick and Michonne (Danai Gurira) spinoff, The Ones Who Live. Jadis was reintroduced during The Walking Dead: World Beyond, where she was now a ranking member of the CRM (Civic Republic Military). She was now known as Warrant Officer Jadis Stokes and the fact she took Father Gabriel’s (Seth Gilliam) last name has never been addressed. She joins the ranks of Melissa McBride and Lincoln as actors who have or will star in three of The Walking Dead universe series.
While using the name Anne, Jadis became a member of Rick’s communities in season 9. This was after the fall of her group, The Scavengers, at the hands of Simon (Steven Ogg), a member of the Saviors. She and Rick would be whisked away in a CRM helicopter after he blew up the bridge to save his family and friends from the oncoming walker horde.

Pollyanna McIntosh – The Ones Who Live
McIntosh fondly remembers her time on the main series and shares her excitement about the upcoming spinoff. The Ones Who Live will heavily focus on Rick and Michonne and showcase their reunion. The CRM will be a focus as the group that holds Rick captive and recaptures him during the TWD series finale coda scene.
Jadis will be under orders from Major General Beale, announced to be portrayed by Terry O’Quinn. Beale is a ruthless man who expects to be obeyed. Although never seen in World Beyond, he was mentioned and heard giving orders. He is also responsible for the death of over 100,000 people. Fans are excited to see Jadis return and see Beale on screen in the new series.
Don’t miss The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live premiere on AMC and AMC+ on February 25, 2024.
