The Irrational starring Fear the Walking Dead’s Karen David, renewed for season 2

Actress Karen David portrayed Grace Mukherjee on Fear the Walking Dead from season 5 until her death in the eighth and final season. In 2023, David stars in the NBC series The Irrational, and Deadline reports that NBC has announced early renewals, which includes this new series.
Created by Arika Mittman, The Irrational a crime drama based on Dan Ariely’s book, Predictably Irrational. The series premiered on NBC on September 25, 2023, and the first seven episodes are available to stream on Peacock, with the remaining four beginning on NBC on January 29, 2024.
The story follows Alec Mercer, a world-renowned behavioral science professor, who lends insight into cases involving governments, law enforcement, and corporations. His unconventional approach to human behavior allows him to solve illogical puzzles.
The series stars Jesse L. Marton as Mercer, who is joined by Maahra Hill, Travina Springer, Molly Kunz, and Arash DeMaxi as main cast members. Karen David and Brian King join as recurring characters.
David recently shared the news along with her sentiments about work with the cast and crew for this series.
Karen David – The Irrationals
David stars in the fourth and seventh episodes of season 1, “Zero Sum” and “The Real Deal.” She portrays a character named Rose Dinshaw, who works as a Crisis Management Professional. Hopefully, she will also be featured in the series’ second season.
She is well known for her roles in Law & Order: Organized Crime, season 3, episode 19, “A Diplomatic Solution,” When Christmas Was Young, Mira, Royal Detective, Barry, and more.
Last year, Collider announced that David was cast as the lead in a new film, Isabel’s Garden, directed and written by Katherine Rich.
