Actress Katelyn Nacon was introduced as Enid to viewers of The Walking Dead in season 5. She became a member of Alexandria after losing her parents to a walker attack. Before coming upon the community, she wandered alone in the wilderness for several months. Sadly, Enid was one of Alpha's (Samantha Morton) pike victims in the season 9 episode "The Calm Before." Nacon, a Georgia native, had her first TV appearance in an episode of the series Resurrection, originally airing on ABC. Ironically, this is based on The Returned, a novel by Jason Mott that sees the dead come to life. Both seasons of the series are available on VOD on Prime Video.

In 2014, she starred in a short film, Adult Swim's Too Many Cooks, a surreal black comedy that went viral. Watch it below.

During and After The Walking Dead Nacon has kept busy with several projects

Between 2016 and 2018, Nacon starred in the web series T@gged, a psychological thriller that aired on go90 for seasons 1 and 2 and the third season on Hulu. This movie tells of three girls whose online profiles are tagged in violent videos. This exposes their social media presence and reveals private information, including where they live. As a killer stalks them, they must discover who is responsible before they become a victim.

Nacon had a central role in the second season of Light as a Feather, a supernatural thriller that premiered its first season on Hulu in 2018. The story follows five teen girls who, while playing an innocent game of Light as a Feather and Stiff as a Board, become embroiled in supernatural elements.

In 2022, Nacon starred with Jim Gaffigan and Rhea Seehorn in Linoleum, a sci-fi comedy-drama, Linoleum, available on Hulu and Prime VOD. A failing children's show scientist leads a dull life in Ohio, where he resides with his family. His childhood dreams of space are reignited when a mysterious satellite lands in his backyard. He becomes obsessed with building a rocket from the satellite parts, which causes much stress in his family. When things that are quite odd begin to happen, he believes there is much more going on than he first suspected.

And don't miss Devil's Peak, starring Nacon, Billy Bob Thornton, Robin Wright, and Hopper Penn. This crime drama set in North Carolina's Appalachian Mountains tells of a young man who is forced to decide between his meth-dealing father and leaving his childhood home with the girl he loves. This movie is on Prime VOD.
