Walking Dead alum, Jayson Warner Smith has many impressive credits to his name. He has appeared in Where the Crawdads Sing, Outer Banks, Emancipation, and many more. In April 2024, you can see Smith in the new movie Half Baked—Totally High.
The movie, directed by Mike Tiddes, known for directing the comedy horror film A Haunted House, is a sequel to the cult film Half Baked (1998), starring Dave Chapelle and Jim Breuer.
The new film stars Dexter Darden, who starred in The Maze Runner series of films as JR, with Moses Storm as Miles, David Koechner, and Frankie Muniz. Harland Williams and Rachel True reprise their roles as Kenny Davis and Mary Jane from the original film and are joined by Joel Courtney, Ramona Young, Ash Santos, Rafael Castillo, Justin Miles, and Jayson Warner Smith.
"Ever since they first shared a joint as kids 10 years ago, JR, Miles, Cori and Bruce have been best buds. But their love of chronic kickstarts chaos after Bruce puffs on a fabled doobie containing 3 strains of weed that turns out to be fatal. Strapped for cash to send Bruce's body across the country for burial, the three remaining stoners stumble across an amazing strain of marijuana and blaze a trail across L.A.'s underground pot market, destroying the business of a ruthless and now very unhappy drug lord. This amps up the hilarious adventure that gets lit with outrageous antics, surprising suspense, and nonstop laughs."
