Norman Reedus and Diane Kruger are a power couple if ever there was one. They both have busy careers, while raising a daughter and still find time time to escape from it all with vactions in Costa Rica.
2015 -First met on the set of Sky
Sky is a drama directed by Fabienne Berthaud that stars Diane Kruger, Norman Reedus, Gilles Lellouche, Lena Dunham, Q'orianka Kilcher, and Lou Diamond Phillips. Kruger told People that she had never met Reedus before the film and was nervous because they shared many intimate scenes. Both actors praised the other. Kruger stated that Reedus was professional and kind, while Reedus stated, "She's a dream."
2017 - Relationship goes public
By 2017 the couple was rumored to be an item. They were seen return to NYC from a trip together and spotted spending a lot of time together holding hands, smiling, and sharing a kiss or two. In September 2017 they attended the US Open and were seen cuddling in the stands.
2018 - First Red Carpet Event
They would make their first red carpet apperance as a couple at the 2018 Golden Globes where Kruger's film In the Fade won best foreign language film.
They shared their first red carpet kiss at the Critics Choice awards in 2018.
2018 - Welcomed daughter
The couple welcomed a daughter to the world in 2018. This is Kruger's first child and Reedus' second. He has a son, Mingus, with Danish model Helena Christensen. They kept details regarding their child a secret until Kruger referred to the child as "she" in December 2018 in an interview with Extra while promoting her film Welcome to Marwen.
In May 2019, Kruger shared the first image of their daughter.
2021 - Engaged
Kruger would stun at the 2021 Met Gala with a stunning neon gown accessorized with a gorgeous square-cut diamond on her left ring finger.
2022 - Norman Reedus receives star on Hollywood Walk of Fame
On September 27, 2022, Reedus was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Kruger, Reedus's mother and son, all joined him for the celebration, as well as many of his colleagues and friends.
2022 - Norman Reedus shares daughter's adorable reaction to his proposal
On an episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live! Reedus shared how he proposed and that when Kruger began crying, their daughter did as well. She then looks at them and asks why they are all crying, to which Kruger replies, "It's happy tears!" and the child agrees, "Yes, it's happy tears!"
2023 - Disneyland Paris
When AMC said Daryl Dixon was going to Paris, this isn't quite what was expected, but it is a fun photo of the couple nonetheless.
2024 - Valentine's Day in Costa Rica
The couple spend their downtime in Costa Rica, where they own a home, as often as their busy schedules allow. During Valentine's Day 2024, Kruger shared photos of one such trip on social media.
