The Ones Who Live is the sixth spinoff of TWDU, featuring the long-awaited return of Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) and Michonne (Danai Gurira), who had been separated for years. To the happiness and shock of most viewers, the series wasted no time reuniting the couple, briefly displaying this at the end of the first episode.

Now, five episodes in, things are heating up with Rick and Michonne returning to the CRM before they, hopefully, head back to Alexandria and their children. In the previous episode, Jadis (Pollyanna McIntosh) was bitten by a walker and mercy killed by Rick. Before she died, she told the couple the location of a dossier containing vital information about Rick, Michonne, and Alexandria, information they do not want the CRM to have knowledge of.

The plan, laid out by Michonne in the trailer below, is to return to the Cascadia Base, where Jadis has hidden the dossier, which Michonne will track down. Rick is to continue his ruse as a CRM soldier and receive the Echelon Briefing, which Okafor (Craig Tate) previously told Rick contains "all the info, the whys, the things 90% of our force doesn't know about and 100% of our city doesn't." After which, Michonne says, "We go home together." If only it were that easy.

The Cascadia Base is where the Summit for all of the top brass will be held. From the looks of things, it is also well fortified by a massive number of soldiers preparing for something huge. Beale makes an interesting statement in the trailer: "After this next moment, everything will change." What will happen in the season, or perhaps the series finale?

Don't miss The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live episode 6 on March 31 on AMC and AMC+.
