The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon - The Book of Carol season 2 release update information
Daryl Dixon will be joined by Carol Peletier in the second season of Daryl Dixon, subtitled The Book of Carol.

AMC was rather sneaky with the updated information regarding the release of season 2 of The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon, which is subtitled The Book of Carol. This subtitle is the result of Melissa McBride reprising her role in the spinoff series. Thanks to the eagle-eyed fans at Norman Reedus Network Fansite, we have confirmation of the new info.
During the series premiere of The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live starring Andrew Lincoln and Danai Gurira as Rick and Michone, the Daryl Dixon series was confirmed to have a start date in the summer of 2024.

It was believed that the Daryl Dixon series would premiere in the fall of 2024, but AMC has confirmed that fans only have to wait until the Summer of 2024 to see the next installment of the Daryl Dixon spinoff. This is exciting news as this series is something to behold.
The season one finale saw Daryl at a precipice, trying to decide between a boat that would begin his journey back to the United States or Laurent, a child in dire need of his protection. If you know anything about Daryl, you know what decision he made.
In a bonus scene, fans see Carol seeking out her best friend in Maine, his last known location. Daryl promised Carol he would return in a week, but when he didn't arrive, Carol dropped everything to begin her search. It will be exciting to see where her journey takes her.
Daryl and Carol are two characters who have experienced many of the same events before and after the outbreak. Their bond is strong and nothing can break it. The new series will see Carol in the fight for her life as she seeks to locate Daryl. Her search will be unknown to him as he assists those who need him in France. Will the two see a happy reunion? Only time will tell.
