Actress Katelyn Nacon, who recently starred in two new movies, Devil's Peak and Southern Gospel, has been announced for her latest role. She will star alongside Walking Dead's Chandler Riggs, and Glenn Stanton in Hacked:  A Double Entendre of Rage Fueled Karma.

The horror comedy is based on events experienced by writer, director, and actor Shane Brady. In 2021, Brady and executive producer Emily Zercher were hacked, and the film begins chronicling the actual events and then goes into a fictional account of “what they wish they could have done to that bastard.” Hacked is Brady's second feature film and the second produced by Zercher. Emmy award winner Evan Zissimopulous serves as Director of Photography, and Chris Dudley of Underoath, a Tampa-based heavy metal band, is scoring the film.

The story follows Ralph and Freddy, who, with the help of their parents, take down the world's most elusive hacker, "The Chameleon," played by Riggs.

Hacked, which was filmed in Tampa Bay, Florida, features several iconic locations, including Big Storm Brewing Co., J.C. Newman Cigar Co., Clearwater’s Pier 60, Dunedin’s Honeymoon Island, and the Jose Gasparilla II pirate ship docked at Bayshore Boulevard in downtown Tampa.

Daedline reports that Macon and NHL Hall of Famer Phil Esposito, have joined previously announced Brady, Riggs, Stanton, Owen Atlas, Collin Thompson, Augie Duke, Hugh Scott, Brittney Escalante, and Elyssa Kim. Other newly announced cast members include Xavier Jimenez, Brett Maline, Jaime Moyer, and Rob Belushi. Riggs portrays the hacker who inspired the story.
