Walking Dead Season 5: Early Death Predictions – Part 6

facebooktwitterreddit

With season 5 of AMC’s The Walking Dead approaching rapidly, I have decided to try my hand at predicting the deaths of the characters.  I know I’ll struggle because of how unpredictable The Walking Dead is when it comes to characters living or dying.  However, I’ll give it my best shot.

Here is my obscenely early guesses as to who will make it out of season 5 alive and who will end up a meal for a walker:

(Warning- There are some spoilers below)

Norman Reedus near the woods in season 4 of The Walking Dead

Daryl Dixon

Let me first say that I believe the internet would explode if Daryl Dixon died.  You’d have a LOT of super angry fans upset that their favorite crossbow-wielding walker killer was no longer a part of the program.  Because of his mass appeal, marketability and the fact that he doesn’t exist in the comic book world, there’s no reason to think he won’t survive for many, many more seasons to come.  Chance of Death: 0%

Morgan Jones

This is a tough decision to make.  Morgan isn’t a character that has been locked into a role for season 5, but one that I’d like to see added to the fray.  After the story with his wife and son and then the interactions with Rick, Michonne, and Carl, Morgan may not be mentally stable enough to help anyone.  Still, he’s a major character that has yet to meet his end.  Who knows, maybe the group meets up with Morgan on the road to DC or he aids in the fall of Terminus, but I still think he will return at some point in season 5.  Chance of Death: 10%

This is the fifth and final in the series of death predictions for characters on The Walking Dead.  With many other characters to talk about, keep an eye out for the rest of the series.  Make sure to let me know what you think of my predictions.  Am I WAY off base?  Do you agree with me?  Let me know in the comments!
