SPOILER: ‘Familiar Faces’ During The Midseason Premiere

The Walking Dead’s midseason premiere for season 5 is almost here.  For the most part, any spoilers and rumors have been fairly tight lipped, but it sounds as though one of the bigger spoilers got out just mere hours before the show was scheduled to air on AMC.

It had been said that fans of the show would have something a bit special and different to look forward to during season 5 episode 9, titled What Happened and What’s Going On.  It had been said in interviews that we’d see some familiar faces from the past and that there would be some strange hallucinations during the episode.

Thanks to The Spoiling Dead Fans, we got some more insight into that today.

According to an awkward and choppy video that was posted by Spoiling Dead Fans on Vimeo, we can see that the hallucinations and the familiar faces go hand in hand during the episode.  Here is the clip that explains a bit of that.  WATCH AT YOUR OWN RISK!

As you can see from the video, Tyreese gets bitten and is having some major hallucinations.  He sees Martin from The Hunters in what feels like a strange flashback.  He even sees The Governor!  At this time, we don’t know if more people from Tyreese’s past will appear in the hallucinations, but it is sad that Tyreese appears to be the next person to die on The Walking Dead.

The midseason premiere will air tonight on AMC.  Check your local listings for availability.
