This is a hard time for fans of The Walking Dead. The flagship AMC television show is on break between seasons, the companion series has not quite started, and the hit games from Telltale are waiting on the release of a new episode.

However, the comic book series is the one constant in the undead apocalypse. Every month, a new issue is released. For May, that is issue 167 titled ‘A Certain Doom’ which will be released on the 3rd of the month.

The top panel shows Dwight. It looks like he is entering a room and is very surprised by what he sees. He could be coming in the room where Rick and Andrea are with Sherry, which could lead to explosive results.

In the middle, Rick is looking away with nothing to say. This could be a conversation with Andrea, Dwight, or even some of the people from The Saviors. He will need to explain what happened in that room as well as deal with Andrea’s situation. It is a lot for one man to deal with.

Finally, the shadow of someone is shown upstairs in a house. At this time, it’s hard to know who this person is or what their motivation is to be there. Plus, there is a question as to whether this person is alive or undead.
