For a long time, Rosita Espinosa held a big secret from the other survivors on The Walking Dead, but another character may have revealed the information.

The August issue of The Walking Dead comic book series revealed a lot of information about the trip to Ohio, the area surrounding the safe zone, and relationships between some of the characters.

However, the most thrilling part of the issue came at the end, when a a character confessed they were the one Rosita was intimate with before she and Eugene had a relationship and lived together.

***WARNING: SPOILERS FROM TWD 170 BELOW***

At the very end of issue 170, Siddiq seemed distracted from everything. He and the group on the road to Ohio were on a Pittsburgh rooftop to camp for the night. Eugene came over to check on him and got much more than he bargained for.

More from Undead Walking

Instead of hearing about a medical issue or something like that, Siddiq broke down into tears while confessing that he was the one who was in love with Rosita before she got together with Eugene, making it entirely possible that the child being carried was his.

Of course, that baby in Rosita’s womb died with her when she was decapitated and her head was used as part of the border wall used by The Whisperers to show their dominance and protect their territory.

Many fans may have figured out a long time ago that Siddiq was the father of Rosita’s unborn child, but for some this could be a surprising revelation. However, it would be great to finally know for sure so the issue could be laid to rest.
