Top 25 Walking Dead Villains of all time

8. Jadis, Leader of The Scavengers
Introduction: Jadis (or Anne) was the leader of the Scavengers until the group’s destruction at the hands of Simon. She betrays Rick repeatedly, and even attempts to betray Negan at one point. She later betrays Father Gabriel, ending their relationship, before planning to betray their rescuers, only to find a hurt Rick in the waters.
Jadis saves Rick and takes him on a helicopter to be rescued and receive urgent medical care. She is not the most stable of characters to say the least. Jadis also spares Negan after capturing him, believing his words to be true: that Simon was fully responsible for what went down at the junkyard.
Biggest moment of Villainy: Rick thinks he has the upper hand at one of the opening stages of the war despite a warning from Eugene. After all, Rick has the Scavengers and ammunition on his side. Unfortunately for Rick, Jadis betrays him, putting the gun to his head and having the rest of her group subdue the fighters in Alexandria.
Everybody Hurts Sometimes: Jadis is absolutely destroyed as her people, community and way of life are ended thanks to Simon and the Saviors. She watches the walker versions of her people walk into a meat grinder one by one with immense pain and grief.
The Good Side: As Anne, Jadis really tried to reform, until she realized her past would forever haunt her. She briefly considers setting a walker on Gabriel who followed her to the junkyard and rejected her offer to leave everything behind and go elsewhere. But she reconsiders.
Jadis/Anne is responsible for saving Rick Grimes in season 8 of The Walking Dead.
First Appearance: “New Best Friends” (season 7, episode 10)
Memorable Quote: “It’s not a trick. Not anymore. I’m trying to save a friend! A friend who saved me!” (Jadis making a plea for the people on the helicopter to help her and Rick Grimes)
Next: 7. Gareth, Leader of Terminus
