The Walking Dead releases the 4th reveal leading up to S11
By Renee Hansen
Each Thursday, AMC and The Walking Dead have been rolling out bits and pieces regarding season 11. So far, we have gotten a handful of new photos, 8 episode titles for the first part of season 11, and an amazing teaser video that has really hyped up this final season.
Today’s reveal was another teaser that features Eugene, Ezekiel, Princess and Yumiko. When we last saw this group, they were being terrorized or interrogated rather by the Commonwealth soldiers. Their capture occurred when Eugene set a meeting with his radio contact Stephanie and when they arrived at the rendezvous site, soldiers apprehended them.
Although the Commonwealth has a complex comic storyline, it is hard to say how the series will take the arc. So far, we don’t know a lot about the series version of this community. We’ve seen the iconic Commonwealth soldier garb, and the interrogation methods are similar, but outside of that, we are clueless.
Many of the characters featured in the Commonwealth branch of the story are no longer in the series, so perhaps someone new will take those stories. One theory is that Yumiko could take Michonne’s place in her comic storyline.
Once again, you have to slow down this video to take it all in.
